Italian dressing<br \/>\n2 eggs<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Crush crackers in plastic bag to make fine crumbs.  Add seasonings to crumbs and set aside.  Beat 2 eggs in shallow dish.  Dip defrosted fish in egg mixture and shake in plastic bag with crumb mixture one fillet at a time until evenly coated.  Place fish in a single layer on cookie sheet (non-stick or lightly sprayed with Pam).  Pieces should not be touching.
