Salmon Ball 4
Ingredients
1 can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Drain salmon, flake carefully, remove bones. Combine salmon with softened cream cheese. Add next 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Let chill for 2 hours. Shape into ball and roll in crushed nuts.
