Add chicken, onion and red bell pepper. Saute  until chicken is cooked, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in  tomatoes and broth. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Add hot pepper sauce to  taste.
