Remove  sausages and slice; set aside. Add oil to skillet and heat over a medium-high flame. Add  garlic; fry 10 to 15 seconds. Add vegetables and partly cooked sausage. Fry, stirring, until  potato slices begin to brown. Add tomatoes and a few drops of Tabasco. Cover skillet and  turn heat to low.
