{"id":33,"date":"2026-02-22T22:10:38","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:10:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/beef-and-vegetable-fried-rice"},"modified":"2026-02-22T22:10:38","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:10:38","slug":"beef-and-vegetable-fried-rice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/rice\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/beef-and-vegetable-fried-rice\/","title":{"rendered":"Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 lb. lean ground beef<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, crushed<br \/>\n1 tsp. grated fresh ginger<br \/>\n  or 1\/4 tsp. ground ginger<br \/>\n2 tsp. vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper, cut into 1\/2&#8243; pieces<br \/>\n6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods<br \/>\n3 C. cold cooked rice<br \/>\n3<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef, garlic and ginger  over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink,  breaking up into 3\/4&#8243;  crumbles. Remove with slotted spoon; pour  off drippings. In same skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat  until hot. Add bell pepper and pea pods; cook, stirring occasionally for  3 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender. Add rice, soy  sauce and sesame oil; mix well. Return beef to skillet; heat  through, about 5 minutes.
