Baked Pork Chops With Rice
Ingredients
6 center cut pork chops
1 C. uncooked rice
1 large onion, sliced
1 (no. 303) can stew tomatoes
juice of can tomatoes
salt
pepper
Cooking Instructions
Butter baking dish. Sprinkle rice in dish. Salt and pepper rice. Brown pork chops in skillet. Place on rice. Scatter onions on top of chops. Pour tomatoes and juice over all. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
