Spray frying pan with cooking spray or use a little oil. Brown meat; drain. Add salts and pepper to taste. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and simmer. When mixture is fully heated, mix with cooked noodles and pour in a baking dish. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. Can also add cheese inside body of mixture to make cheesier.
