{"id":8938,"date":"2026-02-15T18:57:23","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:57:23","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:57:23","slug":"turkey-tetrazzini-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/poultry\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/turkey-tetrazzini-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Turkey Tetrazzini"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>6 bacon slices<br \/>\n6 Tbsp. butter<br \/>\n3\/4 C. mushrooms; sliced<br \/>\n1\/3 C. onion; chopped<br \/>\n6 Tbsp. flour<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1-1\/2 C. chicken broth<br \/>\n1-1\/2 C. cream; half-and-half<br \/>\n3 Tbsp. sherry; dry (optional)<br \/>\n8 oz. spaghetti; cooked<br \/>\n2 C. turkey or chicken; cooked,<br \/>\nparmesan<br \/>\nparsley; chopped<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cook spaghetti on top of the stove in boiling water. Cook bacon on rack in microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, covered. Crumble and set aside. Add butter to dish with mushrooms and onions. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook at high for 30 seconds. Add broth and half-and-half, mix well and cook on high for 9-10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Add sherry (if desired). Stir in cooked spaghetti, chicken, bacon and parmesan. Mix well. cover and cook at high for 13-15 minutes, stirring once.
