In a sauce pan, make sauce by mixing together vinegar, mustard, molasses, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, ginger, and pineapple juice. Simmer, stirring, over low heat for 5 minutes. Brush sauce on all sides of chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350, brushing with sauce frequently. Add pineapple tidbits and oranges to remaining sauce and heat for about 3 minutes, or until warm.
