{"id":8182,"date":"2026-02-15T18:56:54","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:56:54","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:56:54","slug":"chicken-broccoli-and-cheddar-loaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/poultry\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/chicken-broccoli-and-cheddar-loaf\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Broccoli And Cheddar Loaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 loaf frozen bread dough (1-lb. loaf) white or honey wheat<br \/>\n2 C. cooked chicken, diced or ham or turkey<br \/>\n1\/2 medium yellow onion, finely diced<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. garlic powder<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 pack frozen broccoli (10-oz. pack), thawed and well drained<br \/>\n2 C. low far cheddar cheese, shredded<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Let frozen bread dough thaw until pliable. Meanwhile, prepare filling. In a medium size bowl, combine meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a 14&#215;9-inch rectangle. Evenly top dough with meat mixture lengthwise down center third of dough. Top with broccoli and cheese. Fold up sides of dough and seal. Place dough on a greased baking sheet seam side down. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on.
