Chicken Tetrazzini
Ingredients
2 cans white chicken meat
12-oz. can of evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. box of vermicelli noodles
16 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Boil noodles. In a 13×9-inch baking dish, slightly greased, add noodles, chicken, evaporated milk, soup, onion, salt, and pepper. Add 1/2 of the cheese; mix up well. Add rest of cheese over mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with hot homemade bread.
