Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1 C. dry white wine<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. minced green onions<br \/>\n2 tsp. minced garlic<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. minced onion<br \/>\n2 tsp. paprika<br \/>\n1-1\/2 C. cubed red potatoes, skins on<br \/>\n1-1\/2 C. cubed russet potatoes, skins on<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, in a large  bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat well. Place into casserole dish and bake, uncovered,  until potatoes are soft and slightly crisp on the outside, about 45 minutes.
