{"id":8009,"date":"2026-02-15T18:55:05","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:55:05","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:55:05","slug":"thirty-minute-peach-pork","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pork\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/thirty-minute-peach-pork\/","title":{"rendered":"Thirty Minute Peach Pork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>4 pork chops, 1 1\/2 pound<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. butter<br \/>\n1\/2 C. peach nectar, or apple juice<br \/>\n2 peaches, unpeeled, thin slice<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Trim fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In large heavy skillet, melt butter over  medium-high heat; cook chops for 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove  and set aside. Pour nectar into pan, stirring to deglaze. Add peaches and oregano; cook,  stirring often, for 4 minutes or until peaches are just tender. Return chops to pan; cook for  3 minutes or until just a hint of pink remains inside.
