{"id":7582,"date":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","slug":"greek-pork-pita-pockets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pork\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/greek-pork-pita-pockets\/","title":{"rendered":"Greek Pork Pita Pockets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 pound boneless pork loin<br \/>\n4 Tbsp. olive oil<br \/>\n4 Tbsp. lemon juice<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. mustard<br \/>\n2 cloves minced garlic<br \/>\n1 tsp. oregano<br \/>\n1 C. plain yogurt<br \/>\n1 cucumber chopped, peeled<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. crushed garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. dill weed<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cut pork into thin strips. Place on dish or in plastic bag. Combine oil, lemon juice,  mustard, minced garlic, and oregano. Pour over pork. Refrigerate 1-8 hours. Stir together  yogurt, cucumber, crushed garlic, and dill weed. Remove pork from marinade. Stir fry till  done (2-3 minutes).
