{"id":7536,"date":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:54:52","slug":"crockpot-corn-stuffed-pork-chops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pork\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/crockpot-corn-stuffed-pork-chops\/","title":{"rendered":"Crockpot Corn Stuffed Pork Chops"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>6 pork chops<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. minced green pepper<br \/>\n7 ounces whole kernel corn undrained<br \/>\n1 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. sage<br \/>\n1 C. soft bread crumbs<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. instant minced onion<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Have the butcher cut a pocket or with a sharp knife cut a horizontal slit in the side of each  chop forming a pocket for stuffing. Mix undrained corn, bread crumbs, onion, pepper,  salt, and sage. Spoon corn mixture into the slits. Close with toothpicks or small skewers.  Place on a metal rack or trivet in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.  Especially good with fruit salad and lemon- buttered broccoli.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
