{"id":64,"date":"2026-02-22T23:30:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/buffalo-pie"},"modified":"2026-02-22T23:30:28","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:30:28","slug":"buffalo-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pie\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/buffalo-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"Buffalo Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 C. cubed, cooked buffalo<br \/>\n2\/3 C. diced carrots<br \/>\n2\/3 C. diced potatoes<br \/>\n1\/2 C. sliced onion<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1 1\/2 C. gravy (1 beef bouillon cube with 1\/2 C. water from vegetables)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. flour<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. butter<br \/>\n1 recipe for rich biscuit dough<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cook vegetables in boiling salted water until almost tender.  Drain, saving 1\/2 cup liquid make gravy with butter, flour and beef bouillon.  Add meat and vegetables.  Heat to boiling.  Pour into buttered baking dish.  Cut biscuits and arrange on top.
