{"id":60010,"date":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/amish-country-strawberry-pie"},"modified":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","slug":"amish-country-strawberry-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pie\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/amish-country-strawberry-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"Amish Country Strawberry Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 baked 9 inch pie shell<br \/>\n1 tbsp. powdered sugar<br \/>\n3 oz. cream cheese<br \/>\n1 1\/2 qts. whole strawberries1 c. sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp. white Karo<br \/>\n1 c. water<br \/>\n3 tbsp. strawberry Jello mix<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n3 tbsp. cornstarch<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>You will need 6ea 2 cup heat resistant bowls.  I use Anchor Hocking bowls.<br \/>Pre-Heat oven to 425 degrees.<br \/>Beat all ingredients together in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>I use a ladle to put mixture into bowls.
