{"id":191,"date":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/party-pumpkin-pie"},"modified":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:30:30","slug":"party-pumpkin-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pie\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/party-pumpkin-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"Party Pumpkin Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Crust:<br \/>\n1\/2 C. gingersnap crumbs<br \/>\n1\/2 C. graham cracker crumbs<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. liquid margarine<br \/>\nvegetable cooking spray<br \/>\nFilling:<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 egg whites<br \/>\n16-oz. can pumpkin<br \/>\n1\/4 C. sugar<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. molasses (blackstrap or mild)<br \/>\n1 tsp. ground cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. nut<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Use about 1-1\/2 pounds sweet potatoes. Heat oven to 350 F. Beat together margarine,  sugar, and salt. Add egg yolk, lemon juice, lemon peel and cinnamon. Stir in sweet  potatoes and milk. Mix well. Fold in egg whites; pour into pie shell. Bake for 40 to 50  minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
