London Broil, 1 1\/2-2 inches thick<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mix seasoning, water and sherry.  Place meat in a plastic bag.  Pour marinade in and seal.  Let set at room temperature several hours. Turn once.  Drain steak.  Reserve marinade.  Grill steak over medium coals 3 inches from heat 30 minutes, turning frequently and basting often.
