Rose&#8217;s lime juice<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. olive oil<br \/>\n1 tsp. orange peel<br \/>\n1 tsp. red pepper flakes<br \/>\n3 med. onions, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. margarine<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Trim meat of any fat.  Cut 1\/8 inch deep diamond pattern into both sides of beef.  Place meat in glass dish.  Combine tequila, lime juice, oil, orange peel and pepper flakes.  Pour over beef.  Marinate 2 hours, turning meat over at least once.  Cook and stir onions and salt in margarine until tender (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).  Set aside.  Grill meat 6 inches from coals on medium heat for about 30 minutes (medium rare) basting with marinade and turning frequently. Slice beef across the grain at a slanted angle.
