{"id":59904,"date":"2026-02-22T23:28:08","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:28:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/almost-pasta-primavera"},"modified":"2026-02-22T23:28:08","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:28:08","slug":"almost-pasta-primavera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/noodle\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/almost-pasta-primavera\/","title":{"rendered":"Almost Pasta Primavera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>3-1\/2 pounds spaghetti squash<br \/>\n1 C. broccoli flowerets, fresh<br \/>\n1 C. zucchini, small, sliced<br \/>\n1 C. mushrooms, fresh, sliced<br \/>\n1 C. carrots, sliced<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, small, crushed<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. skim milk<br \/>\n1\/2 C. part sk<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Wash squash. Cut in half lengthwise and discard seeds. Place squash, cut side down, in a  Dutch oven; add 2 inches water. Bring water to a boil, cover and cook 20 minutes or until  squash is tender. Drain squash and cool. Using a fork, remove spaghetti-like strands.  Measure 3 cup of strands; set aside. Remove remaining strands for other use. Steam  vegetables 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp and tender; drain well. Combine squash strands  and vegetables, tossing gently. Cover to keep warm; set aside. e  garlic in margarine  in a small saucepan; remove from heat. Add milk, cheese, butter flavoring, and  seasonings to saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot (do  not boil).
