{"id":107,"date":"2026-02-22T23:28:07","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/pasta-with-shellfish"},"modified":"2026-02-22T23:28:07","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:28:07","slug":"pasta-with-shellfish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/noodle\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/pasta-with-shellfish\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta With Shellfish"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. butter<br \/>\n1\/2 C. olive oil<br \/>\n1 C. dry white wine<br \/>\n6 lg. garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 tsp. crushed rosemary<br \/>\n1 pinch oregano<br \/>\n1 (28 oz.) can drained Italian<br \/>\n   tomatoes, chopped<br \/>\n1 lg. onion, chopped<br \/>\n3 C. various shellfish (shrimp,<br \/>\n   lobster, scallops, lump crab<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Put butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat until butter is melted and mixture bubbles.  Add wine, garlic, rosemary, oregano and onion.  Cook stirring until wine evaporates and butter is golden but not brown.  Reduce heat to medium and add drained tomatoes.  Add shellfish, parsley, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.  Stir until seafood is just heated through.  Serve over hot pasta such as fettucine or spaghetti.
