{"id":6852,"date":"2026-02-15T18:51:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:51:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:40","slug":"stuffed-baked-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/microwave\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/stuffed-baked-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed  Baked  Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>4 baking potatoes (about 6-8 oz. each)<br \/>\n1\/2 C. half &amp; half<br \/>\n1\/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 oz.)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. margarine or butter<br \/>\n2 tsp. dried parsley flakes<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. dry mustard<br \/>\n1\/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 oz.)<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp. paprika<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.  Bake potatoes as directions.  Cut thin slice from the top of each potato.  Scoop out inside with a spoon, leaving a thin shell.  Add remaining ingredients except 1\/4 cup cheese and paprika to potatoes.  Mash until no lumps remain.  2.  Scoop 1\/4 of the potato mixture into each shell.  Place stuffed potatoes in square baking dish, 8 x 8 inches.  Sprinkle with remaining 1\/4 cup cheese and the paprika.  Microwave at medium-high (70%) until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through, 3-4 minutes.
