{"id":6801,"date":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","slug":"pumpkin-bread-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/microwave\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/pumpkin-bread-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Pumpkin  Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 C. sugar<br \/>\n1\/3 C. salad oil<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 C. canned pumpkin<br \/>\n1 1\/2 C. all purpose flour<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. nutmeg<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. allspice<br \/>\n1 tsp. baking soda<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 C. chopped walnuts<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In large mixing bowl, blend sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin.  When ingredients are well mixed, stir in flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, baking soda, and baking powder; blending well.  Stir in walnuts.  Pour batter into an 8 x 14 inch glass dish.  Cook 12 to 14 minutes, rotating dish one quarter turn every 4 minutes.  Knife inserted in the center should come out clean when bread is done.  Rest 5 minutes and remove from pan.
