{"id":6789,"date":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","slug":"pineapple-ginger-spareribs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/microwave\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/pineapple-ginger-spareribs\/","title":{"rendered":"Pineapple  Ginger  Spareribs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>4 lbs. spareribs<br \/>\n1\/4 C. flour<br \/>\n1 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1 (8 1\/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple<br \/>\n1\/4 C. orange marmalade<br \/>\n1\/4 C. soy sauce<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. brown sugar<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. ground ginger<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. onion powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. garlic powder<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cut ribs apart in service-size pieces and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.  Arrange in large shallow baking dish.  Combine remaining ingredients for sauce; spoon a few tablespoons of sauce over ribs.  Bake in microwave oven uncovered for about 35 minutes.
