{"id":6764,"date":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:51:39","slug":"ono-mango-crisp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/microwave\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/ono-mango-crisp\/","title":{"rendered":"Ono  Mango  Crisp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>5 C. ripe firm mangoes,* peeled &amp; thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp. cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. nutmeg<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/4 C. soft butter<br \/>\n1\/2 C. brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 C. flour<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mix mangoes with nutmeg, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon.  Place in a buttered 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish.  Set aside.  Blend butter and brown sugar.  Add flour and the remaining 1\/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.  Mix until crumbly.  Spread evenly over mango slices.  Cook in microwave oven 9-11 minutes, rotating a half turn after 5 minutes.
