Cheez-its (2 handfuls)<br \/>\n1 1\/2- 2 lbs. fish fillet (scrod, haddock, etC.)<br \/>\n1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Melt butter or margarine; set aside.  In medium size bowl, put crackers and Cheez-its, crush with fist into crumbs.  Add melted butter; mix together.  Place fish in greased baking dish, skin side down.  (To prevent overcooking thin &#8220;ends&#8221; fold them under.)  Put half of crumb mixture on top of fish.  Microwave 5 minutes.  Remove from oven, place slices of Mozzarella cheese on top.  Cover with remainder of crumbs.  Microwave 5 minutes more (High).  Serve.  (Fish will flake when done.)  15 minutes preparation and cooking time.
