Ingredients

1 1/2 C. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 C. sugar
1/3 C. melted margarine (melt in pan to grease it)
1/2 C. milk

Cooking Instructions

Mix together. Place in microwaveable bundt pan or place paper cup in center of round pan. Top with mixture of: 2 Tbls. flour 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 Tbls. soft margarine 1/2 C. walnuts Bake in microwave 5-7 minutes, let stand, 2. Do not overbake.
