Blanches Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
3 C. onions, brown in 1 C. fat
3 C. vinegar
1 qt. celery (4 C.)
1 lb. brown sugar
Juice of 6 lemons
1 gal. ketchup
2 bottles Worcestershire sauce
3/4 C. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix and simmer until desired thickness.
