Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. Wright&#8217;s Natural Hickory Seasoning Smoke<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Trim meat and soak 24 hours in a mixture of salt and water.  Drain meat from water and marinate in the above mixture 1 to 2 hours.
