Grape Jelly
Ingredients
1/4 C. water
1-1/2 C. (12-oz. can) grape juice concentrate, unsweetened
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 package (1 Tbsp.) gelatin, plain
Cooking Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine water, concentrate, lemon juice and gelatin. Let rest 5 minutes to soften gelatin. Put pan on stove over medium heat; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Pour into container; store in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator at least 10 minutes before serving and allow to soften a bit. Best served at room temperature.
