Colby cheese, grated<br \/>\n1 lb. bacon<br \/>\n3 C. instant rice, uncooked<br \/>\n1 lg. can whole tomatoes<br \/>\n1 lg. can tomato sauce<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fry bacon and crumble into bowl. Leave small amount of grease in pan, Saute onion and green pepper. Add hamburger. Drain grease and put all ingredients in bowl with bacon.  Boil 3 cups water with 1 teaspoon salt. When water boils, add the rice, remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes. Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Add tomatoes with juice to the other ingredients. Add cheese, rice and tomato sauce.  Reserve 1\/2 cup cheese to sprinkle on the top. Mix all ingredients well.
