Melt butter in  skillet. Add meat and cook until it loses its red color. Mix in  seasonings and tomato. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine cottage  cheese, sour cream and chopped onion. Mix with meat mixture in a  2 qt. casserole. Top with grated cheese.
