{"id":6214,"date":"2026-02-15T18:50:02","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:50:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:50:02","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:50:02","slug":"enchilada-casserole-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/hamburger\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/enchilada-casserole-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Enchilada  Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>2 lb. lean ground beef<br \/>\n3 sm. onions, chopped<br \/>\nDash of garlic powder<br \/>\n1 (4 oz.) can green chilies<br \/>\n12 tortillas<br \/>\n1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 can cream of mushroom soup<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine ground beef, onions, garlic powder and green chilies in skillet.  Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly.  Dip 3 tortillas into enchilada sauce.  Place in bottom of greased casserole.  Add 1\/4 of meat mixture, spreading this layer.  Add 1\/4 of the shredded cheese then 1\/4 of the soup.  Continue layers until all ingredients are used.  Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top.  Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
