Delicious Gluten-Free Waffles
Ingredients
1 Cup Pillsbury Best Gluten Free All Purpose Floor Blend
1 1/2 tablespoon Honey
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
Cooking Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix or sift together the flour, honey, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum. Stir in egg, milk, and oil until well blended and few lumps remain.
2: Heat waffle iron, poor mixture in waffle maker and cook until done. (Golden Brown) Serve immediately with condiments of your choice.
