{"id":44,"date":"2026-02-22T22:59:22","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/fluffy-frosting"},"modified":"2026-02-22T22:59:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:59:22","slug":"fluffy-frosting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/filling\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/fluffy-frosting\/","title":{"rendered":"Fluffy Frosting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp. water<br \/>\n2 packets artificial sweetener<br \/>\n2 larger egg whites<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. cream of tartar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine sugar, water, sweetener, egg whites, and cream of tartar in top of a double  boiler and beat at high speed for 1 minute. Set over simmering water in the bottom of the  double boiler. Continue to beat at high speed for 4-5 minutes or until soft peak form.  Remove from heat. Add vanilla to frosting and continue beating at high speed 1\/2  minutes or until thick enough to spread on a cooled cake.
