{"id":59748,"date":"2026-02-22T19:48:03","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T19:48:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/adobo-kang-kong"},"modified":"2026-02-22T19:48:03","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T19:48:03","slug":"adobo-kang-kong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/filipino\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/adobo-kang-kong\/","title":{"rendered":"Adobo Kang Kong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 bunch water spinach kangkong, leaves separated and stalks chopped in 1 inch length<br \/>\n1\/4 cup soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/8 cup vinegar<br \/>\n1 head garlic crushed and chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<br \/>\n2 tablespoons cooking oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Heat a cooking pot and pour-in the cooking oil.<br \/>\nWhen the oil is hot enough, put-in the garlic then brown.<br \/>\nPour the soy sauce, vinegar, and water in the cooking pot and let boil.<br \/>\nAdd the Kangkong stalks and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.<br \/>\nSprinkle salt and ground black pepper then stir.<br \/>\nAdd the Kangkong leaves and gently stir to mix with the other ingredients. Cook for 30 seconds at most.<br \/>\nTransfer to a serving plate and top with toasted garlic.<br \/>\nServe.
