(2.5ml) ground cinnamon<br \/>\nGrated rind of one lemon<br \/>\nThe yolk of one large egg<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp. Water currants and marshmallows to decorate<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350F, Gas mark 4, 180C<br \/>\n2. cut the butter into small cubes and mix with the flour in a mixing bowl until<br \/>\nlike fine<br \/>\nbreadcrumbs<br \/>\n3. Stir in the muscovado sugar, ground cinnamon and the grated lemon rind<br \/>\n4. Stir in the egg yolk and enough water to mix into a soft dough<br \/>\n5. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth then roll out a quarter inch<br \/>\n(0.5cm) thick<br \/>\n6. Cut out biscuits with a rabbit cutter or make a template and cut out<br \/>\nbiscuits with a knife<br \/>\n7. Place on un-greased baking sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes until a pale<br \/>\ngolden colour<br \/>\n8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely<br \/>\n9.
