Combine blue cheese and sour cream; stir in milk. Add salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion salt, pepper and garlic salt.  Mix well.  Add vinegar.  Cover jar and shake well.  Chill.  Serve over tossed green salad.
