Grease and flour a 13 by 9 baking pan. Cream together  margarine and sugar replacement. Add eggs and beat well. Beat in cinnamon, cloves and  nutmeg. Sift together flour, baking soda powder, and salt. Sift into creamed mixture  alternately with water. Stir in sour cream, raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake  for 30 to 35 minutes.
