Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. cornstarch<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1-1\/4 C. water, divided<br \/>\n1 C. sliced green pepper<br \/>\n1 C. chopped onion<br \/>\n1\/2 C. diced celery<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cut meat across grain into 1\/2-inch slices, then slice again lengthwise. Brown pork in  nonstick skillet over low heat. Add garlic, tomato, soy and Worcestershire sauces, pepper  and 1 C. water. Cover and simmer mixture about 45 minutes. Add green pepper, onion  and celery. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Combine cornstarch with 1\/4 C.  water.
