Spray the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cranberries evenly over the bottom of the pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1\/4 C. sugar, pecans, and 2 Tbls. of melted margarine. Pour the mixture over cranberries. Combine egg, vanilla, 1\/3 C. sugar, flour and remaining 2 Tbls. of melted margarine in the bowl; mix until the flour is moistened. Spread this mixture over the cranberries. Bake for 45 minutes.
