Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp. lemon juice<br \/>\nCelery sticks<br \/>\nCauliflower cut up<br \/>\nCorn chips<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine condensed soup, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chives. Cover and heat on low in crock pot for 2 to 2 1\/2 hours. Stir until smooth and well blended.
