Barbecue sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 C. Hot water<br \/>\n2 Skinless turkey thighs cut in half, about 2 pounds<br \/>\n3 medium Potatoes, unpeeled, cut in 8 pieces each<br \/>\n6 medium Carrots, in 2 1\/2 by 1\/2 inch sticks<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In medium bowl, blend barbecue sauce with water. Layer turkey, potatoes and carrots in electric crock pot. Pour sauce mixture over top. Cover and cook on Low setting at least 9 hours. Remove turkey and vegetables with slotted spoon. Place on serving platter. Serve cooking juice over turkey and vegetables. Cooking juices can be thickened with flour. Add small amount of hot liquid to 2-3 Tbls. flour in measuring C.. Stir and add back to crock pot, on High.
