Ingredients

2 C. Water
1 C. Corn whole kernel
1 C. Potato chopped
1 C. Celery chopped
1/2 C. Carrot sliced
1/2 C. Onion chopped
2 Cubes beef bullion
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 Jar (16 oz.) tomato sauce
Meatballs:
1 pound Ground beef
1/4 C. Bread crumbs
1 large Egg
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Beef bouillon
1 jar Cheez Whiz

Cooking Instructions

Meatballs: Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into medium sized meatballs. Place uncooked meatballs and all other ingredients, except Cheez Whiz, in electric crock pot. Stir gently. Cover and cook on setting # 2 (low) for 8 to 10 hours. Before serving add Cheez Whiz, stirring gently until well blended.
