Lemon Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. nonfat margarine
1 tsp. salt optional
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Lemon pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
1/2 C. nonfat chicken broth
Cooking Instructions
Rub the chicken with margarine and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chicken generously with lemon pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Pour broth into crock pot and add chicken. Cook on high for 2 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Cook until chicken is done.
