{"id":59816,"date":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cappuccino-cheesecake"},"modified":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","slug":"cappuccino-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cheesecake\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/cappuccino-cheesecake\/","title":{"rendered":"Cappuccino Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 c Finely Chopped Nuts<br \/>\n2 tb Sugar<br \/>\n3 tb Margarine, Melted<br \/>\n32 oz Cream Cheese, Softened<br \/>\n1 c Sugar<br \/>\n3 tb Unbleached All-purpose Flour<br \/>\n4 ea Large Eggs<br \/>\n1 c Sour Cream<br \/>\n1 tb Instant Coffee Granules<br \/>\n1\/4 ts Cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 c Boiling water<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine nuts, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring- form cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees F., 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Dissolve coffee granules and cinnamon in water. Cool; gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F.; continue baking 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
