{"id":18,"date":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cappuccino-cheesecake-pie-with-pecan-sauce"},"modified":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:00:51","slug":"cappuccino-cheesecake-pie-with-pecan-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cheesecake\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/cappuccino-cheesecake-pie-with-pecan-sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Cappuccino Cheesecake Pie With Pecan Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 10&#8243; pie crust<br \/>\nFilling:<br \/>\n3 pk (8 oz) cream cheese; softened<br \/>\n1 3\/4 c Firmly packed dark brown sugar<br \/>\n4 Eggs<br \/>\n2 tb Strong coffee<br \/>\nSauce:<br \/>\n1 c Firmly packed dark brown sugar<br \/>\n1 c Whipping cream<br \/>\n1\/2 c Butter<br \/>\n1\/4 c Strong coffee<br \/>\n2 tb Coffee-flavored liqueur or strong coffee<br \/>\n1 c Pecan halves<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees F.<\/p>\n<p>In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 3\/4 cups brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs; beat until well blended. Add 2 tbsps coffee; blend well. Pour into crust.<br \/>\nBake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until edges are set and golden brown (center will not appear set). Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15-20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning. Cool, then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and center is set, about 2 hours.<br \/>\nSauce: In medium saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients except pecans. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup pecan halves. To serve, pour warm sauce over each serving.
