With mixer on slowest speed, add  oil. At medium speed, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add  vanilla. Stir in the apples and walnuts. Turn batter into a greased tub pan. Bake at 350 for  1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn out on plate.
