{"id":2612,"date":"2026-02-15T18:42:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:42:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:42:00","slug":"raspberry-icebox-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cake\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/raspberry-icebox-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Raspberry Icebox Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>24 graham cracker wafers, crushed fine<br \/>\n1\/3 C. butter or margarine<br \/>\n1\/4 C. brown sugar<br \/>\n6 ounce package raspberry gelatin<br \/>\n1 C. boiling water<br \/>\n15 ounce package frozen raspberries<br \/>\n20 large marshmallows<br \/>\n1\/3 C. milk<br \/>\n1 C. whipping cream, whipped<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350. Mix graham cracker wafer crumbs, butter and brown sugar until  well combined. Set aside 1\/4 C. of mixture for a topping and press remainder into one  9&#215;13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Dissolve raspberry gelatin  in boiling water and add frozen raspberries, stirring until melted. Chill until partially set  and spread on wafer base. Melt marshmallows with milk. When cool, fold in whipped  cream and spread on top of raspberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
